Multi-Family Office

PrimeGate SA (PrimeGate) is a Geneva based, fully independent, multi-family investment advisory services company, affiliated to the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM), Swiss Anonymous Surveillance Society (AOOS), and Ombud Finance Switzerland (OFS).

PrimeGate was founded in 2010 by Karim Traboulsi, its Managing Director, leveraging his 30 years of experience in wealth management with some of the world’s most reputable banks. PrimeGate is dedicated to servicing clients’ objectives and protecting their interests in a fast changing regulatory and financial markets environment.

The PrimeGate team aims to deliver a 100% client focused, fully transparent, integrated wealth management platform based on a selective and dynamic tissue of world class professional network and experience.

Discretionary Asset Management

This mandate empowers us with the full discretion to manage your assets according to a precise Investment Profile. That profile is elaborated jointly and mutually agreed upon. It takes into account the following parameters: objective, reference currency, time horizon, periodic cash needs, liquidity constraints, risk tolerance and any specific or general directive of your choice. Moreover, we exercise close monitoring on the execution of each transaction as well as the implementation of the conditions agreed with the bank. The flow of contact and reporting is defined with you and a report is sent to you on a quarterly basis.

Advisory Asset Management

This mandate is similar to the discretionary mandate except that each investment necessitates your agreement prior to instructing the bank for execution.

Family Office

The family Office service is the ultimate in your wealth management as it has a holistic purpose and approach. It goes far beyond the traditional asset management.

PrimeGate SA is a member of the Swiss Association Of Asset Managers (SAAM-VSV-ASG), Swiss Anonymous Surveillance Society (AOOS), and Ombud Finance Switzerland (OFS).

Independent asset managers are governed by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and have to be a member of a recognized Surveillance Body (SB). The SB, AOOS, has been officially recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, FINMA.

OFS is a Swiss Foundation dedicated to provide dispute resolution services to affiliated financial institutions, financial service providers, financial advisers and their clients. Its services are available upon request, from clients or from financial service providers. OFS is a public utility tax exempted legal entity subject to supervision by the Swiss Federal Supervision Authority, FINMA.
